Workshops Provide Tips
Workshops are available for free from the Apple retail
stores.
Look at their sites for schedules.
The Advanced iPad workshop and the iCloud workshop provided
a number of useful tips:
iCloud provides storage for files and pushes them to your
device with free 5GB (see http://www.apple.com/icloud/)
New photos are
stored for 30 days
Install on PC by
search for iCloud for Windows (XP doesn’t support it).
Word processing
documents in iCloud require Pages app ($10).
Documents are
not shared with other people, but calendars can be.
Mail will be per an
added me.com address.
